SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When you purchase goods from our Site (www.eloiseeverhart.com), delivery will occur using one of the following methods:

Digital Products

Digital goods (ebooks and audiobooks) are delivered instantly via BookFunnel to the email address used at checkout.

If you do not see your delivery email, please check your spam folder or, if you use Gmail, your Promotions tab. If you believe you may have used a different email address at checkout, please check that inbox as well.

Print Books

Print books are printed and shipped by Lulu Direct.

• Standard print time is typically 3–5 business days.
• Once printed, books are shipped immediately
  

Estimated Shipping Times

The following timeframes are estimates only and include the printing times mentioned above:

• US, UK, Ireland, France, Australia, and Spain: 7 to 15 business day
• Europe: 13 to 18 business days
  
• Canada, New Zealand, Cyprus, and Malta: 16 to 22 business days

Please note that these are average shipping times. We do not control shipping carriers, or local customs processing, and delivery may take longer during holidays or peak shipping periods. Additionally, remote locations, including Alaska and Hawaii, may take additional time.

Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name for physical goods. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
